Due to the high number of copies generated during the reaction it is essential to prevent any possible contamination during the reaction.
• The PCR+FL cab offers positive pressure laminar flow combined with UV irradiation
• The work area and work surface is constructed of AISI 304 stainless steel.
• The driven air is filtered by an absolute HEPA H14 filter (efficiency 99.995 % MPPS En1822) and is sent to the work area at a speed of 0.45 m/s.
• Positive pressure prevents any external contaminant from entering the work area.
• Side and front tempered crystals provide exceptional insight into all points on the work surface and prevent external UV radiation.
• The cab is also equipped with a manual sliding front tempered glass, which prevents external radiation from UV personnel and allows vision of the interior.
